I wanted to thank you for the coaching session we had earlier today. Your insights and guidance were extremely helpful in helping me to develop new strategies for achieving my goals. In particular, Your questions and observations helped me to better understand my own thought patterns and identify areas where I can improve. Sorry for cutting you off at times., I have a tendency of forgetting to put my point across based on the topic we are discussing at times which is something I still need to improve as my habit moving forward. I also found the points we discussed during the session to be very effective in helping me to clarify my goals and develop a concrete action plan. Your idea of connecting the dots and sharing some of your story also helped me to stop judging myself and just starting to write whatever it is that I want to say and bring my perspective to shape the conversation or thought moving forward.
