A Better Scrum Journey is different from 2-day certifications and it is role-agnostic learning.

It is not another framework, it is a bridge that all Scrum Practitioners should have to be truly effective.

It does not replace PSM or CSM, it is “what is missing”, and it is still Scrum, as it should be.

The program is a 12 month flexible journey, between 15 and 41 hours of training and guiding you in your context.

Designed with all learnings needed to pass PSM 1
Includes the important leadership essentials for considering PSM 2
And it provides the critical building blocks to start studying towards PSM 3

Actitivies are spaced over time to provide a deeper and broader learning experience.

Topics will be proposed by participants, individual challenges, other frameworks, models, strategies, etc.

Various facilitation techniques will be used, liberating structures, breakouts, timeboxing, etc.

Includes 3 attempts and 1 hour of mentoring to help you with feedback on the areas you had difficulty
